Dental clinics juggle bookings, patient records and compliance across separate tools. DentistDSS puts the whole workflow in one platform, with an AI assistant that answers patients and helps staff inside that workflow.

Residents reserve a parking space on their phone and check in by scanning a QR code at the gate. Building managers allocate spaces from an admin console.

How we work
The same four stages on every project, so you always know what happens next and what it will cost.
Scope
We agree on the problem, who uses the system and what done looks like, then send a written proposal with a fixed price or a capped budget.
Design
Screens and architecture are settled before any code is written, so changes are cheap while they're still on paper.
Build
Work ships in two-week increments. You see a working demo at the end of each one and can change priorities between them.
Run
We launch with monitoring and backups in place, hand over documentation, and can stay on to support and extend the system.
Who you'll work with
Zhifei.org is led by Zhifei Mi, a software engineer and project manager based in NSW. Zhifei Mi spent five years at China DataCom, rising from engineer to software group leader and taking telecom, government and IoT systems from requirements to rollout.
Zhifei Mi holds a Master of Computer Science from the University of Wollongong and a Master of Engineering from Arizona State University, and is a member of IEEE, ACM, PMI and Engineers Australia.
