Clear the bottlenecks. Build what’s next.

A booking platform, a sharper website or infrastructure you can rely on: we connect the pieces that help your business move. From the first idea to launch, with support to keep it moving.

Business platforms

Give your team a clearer way to work. Bring bookings, workflows and operations together with secure APIs, admin consoles, staff and customer apps, dashboards and reporting — built around how your business runs.

Cloud and infrastructure

Give every release a stronger foundation. AWS architecture, containers, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring and private networking help you ship with confidence and spot trouble before it spreads.

Delivery management

Get a grip on the project — even if it’s already gone sideways. Clear scope, honest schedules, risk reporting and stakeholder updates give you a plan you can measure, fortnight by fortnight.

See what better looks like

Explore our own products, work in development and live website concepts. Each starts with a practical problem and a clear reason to build.

In development

CarPark: a clearer way to claim your space

In development: residents reserve a space on their phone and scan a QR code at the gate. Building managers allocate spaces from one admin console, giving both sides a clearer view of who parks where.

  • Reservation, allocation and QR check-in flows
  • Admin console and mobile web app built on Deno, with a leaner dependency setup

Spring Boot, Vue 3, Deno, MySQL

Live concept

Kitchen 42: from “looks good” to “table for two”

A concept redesign for a real woodfired pizzeria in Dapto. The venue's actual menu, hours and reviews set the scene; live open/closed status, a working booking form, weekly specials and one-tap ordering make the next step easy.

  • Booking form with date, time and party size — half-hour slots and live open status computed from the kitchen's real hours
  • Full menu page, lunch and functions sections, Restaurant structured data, and one-tap call, directions and delivery links

HTML, CSS, vanilla JavaScript — no framework, no compilation

Live concept

Atmars: make the first visit happen online

A fictional café with a fully realised first impression. This concept brings a brand brief, menu and original photography together in a performance-tuned build designed to make a visit feel inviting.

  • Performance-tuned pages and responsive interactions keep the menu and café details within easy reach
  • Editorial typography, clear visual hierarchy and layouts that stay sharp across screen sizes

React, Vite, Tailwind CSS

Live concept

Krispy: a bakery site with a serious crunch

A fictional bakery with an appetite for attention. Brutalist display type, marquee tickers and original photography give this concept its bite; a full priced menu, story, gallery and store details give visitors somewhere to go next.

  • A counter-priced menu across eight categories — croissants to meat pies — with staff favourites tagged
  • Bold editorial art direction that stays fast — oversized type, animation and optimised photography

React, Vite, Tailwind CSS

Aug 2021 – Sep 2022, technical lead

China Telecom exhibition hall media platform

One platform behind every screen in a major exhibition hall. A content server, Electron display clients and interactive WebGL exhibits came together through two parallel development streams.

Jun 2021 – Sep 2022, lead developer

Changxian Tower smart office system

An entire office tower’s security, surveillance and access control brought into one IoT platform, with device integration and staff training to make it work on the ground.

Aug 2020 – May 2021, back-end developer

Wisely-Cloud hybrid cloud manager

Public cloud and on-premises servers, managed from one console. On-demand resource scheduling helped bring the client’s infrastructure bill down.

Construction committee management platform

Legacy modules turned into a connected foundation for a government construction committee: project portfolio, staffing and payroll behind one secured API.

Jan – Aug 2019, back-end developer

Foshan community IPTV content system

Fresh programming at community scale: scheduling, content updates and ad insertion for IPTV across 21 residential communities.

Feb 2018 – Jan 2019, full-cycle developer

Wing phone repair platform

From a broken phone to a booked repair: customers book through WeChat, while repair shops accept and track orders from one console.

Feb 2017 – Sep 2018, Java developer

Supply-chain visualisation system

Less waiting, faster answers across branches. Dashboards cut issue resolution time, while large spreadsheet imports fell from over 10 minutes to under 3.

Know the plan. See the progress.

Big decisions up front. Working software every fortnight. Four clear stages keep the scope, budget and next step in view.

  1. Scope

Start with the problem worth solving. We define who needs the system and what 'done' means, then give you a written proposal with a fixed price or a capped budget.

  2. Design

See the shape of the solution before the build begins. We work through screens and architecture on paper, where changes cost less.

  3. Build

See working software every two weeks, with a demo at the end of each round. You can test the direction and change priorities between rounds.

  4. Run

Launch with monitoring, backups and documentation in place. Then keep building on it: we can stay on to support the system and add what comes next.

Engineering depth. A clear lead.
